My usual $.02 on this subject when following the instructions on this site:
Don't rotate the motor by using the cam sprocket tool or the cam bolt. Use a wrench on the crank bolt. Turning the cam puts an abnormal load on the belt and tensioner.
The instructions on setting the timing are ambiguous in not down right incorrect. Move the pump SHAFT CW to advance.
