VW LUPO 3L 1.2TDI Manual
Hello I own a LUPO 3L 1.2tdi with the robotic-manual gearbox of which controls gave away recently, so i bought a donor for a manual conversion
swapped the Anti Shudder Valve to the pre 2001 engine type so it doesnt leak air from the clip type connector(new type electric valve)! The conversion on the donor car was poor, so I had to redo the exhaust and shift cable holder!

From the part code it is a 1.4TDI ecu that was used for the swap, so my problem now is in vagcom - engine managment - measuring block- group 11 log

The N75 duty cycle is ~24% at IDLE (if i look at the turbo the actuator is fully opening the VNT) and it drops when the boost start to exceed the maximum value, but still it can do 2300mbar, even if the maximum requested is 2050mbar!!!

So my idea is The ECU was never modified to work for a VNT turbos as 1.4TDI are with the WASTGATED turbo! Maybe someone can confirm my worries? can that explain this unusual duty cycle? or maybe there are other cases this can happen???

Thank You in advance

Yes, N75 map will be different from wastegated to VNT.

So, you have now a 1.4tdi with a 1.4tdi ecu? is that it?

I think some 1.4tdi were VNT.
