FS: 2002 Golf TDi GLS 5spd - Lifted

Looking to sell the Golf. The kids are getting bigger and time for a JSW.

The car isn't a show winner but it's fun and is reliable. It's a true diesel. Looks, sounds, shakes, rattles and rolls coal like one should. :)

The car currently has ~202k miles and drive it 100miles a day so it will continue to go up. Rear drivers window fell off the track and does not go down. It does have a salvage title. No major damage. A guy went off the road and hit a gravel pile which peppered the passenger side and made a few dings, which you can see in the pics. Got a high estimate of about $3k, which insurance considered a total loss. Damage is mostly on passenger front door and fender.

Timing belt tensioner let go and dropped the belt. Work done at almost exactly 160k:
Rebuilt top end by Frank06 with new valves, seals, etc. Head cut and cleaned.
Pistons inspected and protrusion very much in spec.
New timing belt kit with metal water pump and all new hardware.
X-Man's GT1749vc w/ SS feed line
Kerma PP764, Pop tested and balanced
BFI Stage1 mounts
Franko6 Stage2 cam
3bar MAP sensor
TacoTaco SMIC
Kerma IC pipes top and bottom
Kerma 3" turboback exhaust with resonator
ARP head studs
DG Racepipe/cooler delete
SBC Stage2 Endurance clutch
Nicktane UberFilter
Kerma tuned
Hankook RT03 215/75/15
MetalNerd 2" Lift
VR6 springs
Koni Yellow Shocks
Powerflex strut mounts
TT Controlarm bushings
Rear axle bushings
Rear shock mounts
Front brake pads and new rotors
Drawtite hitch
Panzer skidplate with FMJ sides
McNally Boost/EGT gauge
AN-21U 6.2" Android head unit with Nav, radio, etc
MK5 center console with cup holders

In the last 10k miles:
New battery
Rear brake pads
Tinted windows

Asking $4,500 with salvage title but open to offers and suggestions.

Car is still dirty. Gave it a quick wash and snapped some photos between rains:

I average 40 MPG mixed driving, hand calculated. Speedo is off a little so probably a few MPG higher than that in reality. And I have a heavy foot. :)

Salvage title is the big speed bump especially with the premium price being asked coupled with 200,000 miles on the car. Youll be keeping the car or taking a lose is my thoughts. I want this car but price is huge speed bump for me so thats prob the issue for others.

That's understandable. You do have to consider the reason for the salvage as well.

I know I won't get asking price and I am open to all offers. Worst I'll say is no thank you. :)

Doesn't really matter how it got salvage title, salvage title will all ways be and will always kill the value

I understand that, hence fully disclosing everything about the car and stating I'm open to offers. So if you have an offer, send it over.

With the Hankook RT03 215/75/15 tires and the 2" lift, is there any tire rubbing?

Tires had a little rubbing at first at full lock, mostly on my kerma intercooler pipe. Spacers fixed that. And wearing down a bit probably helped too.

Stock diff.
