Are MK5 and MK6 struts & rear springs & shocks interchangeable?

Hi

I'm really looking for some assistance.

I have a 2006 Jetta MKV 1.9L TDI BRM Sedan

I'm looking for used OEM or other rear springs and shocks and complete front struts if I can find them.

Is the fitment Jetta, GTI, Golf MK5 and Jetta, GTI, Golf MK6 the same?

Depending on the answer does anyone have usable ones any for sale?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
