engine problem

Engine shutters (flat spot) between 900 and 1100 rpms.

does this shder happen when you are coasting to a stop? if it does it could be the same problem i'm having. i think its called slow down shutter or sds but i have to find the cause of this problem. keep your eye on my post as i will be looking at yours to solve my problem

It is almost like fouled plug if it was a gasoline engine.
After you get over 1100 it runs smooth.

Get ahold of a VagCom and increase the IQ to about 5 or so. See if that helps.
