Help to fit original gps tracker from vw group

Hello, I have a question that maybe I can help. I'm interested in buying a car tracker, and wanted to buy the original VW group, like the one in the photo. Is it possible to install aftermark? I saw many for sale used, and wanted to install in my car .. but on what internet site could I view the location, after installing it? Anybody know?
