Unfortunately HPFP failures have been around since the first CR TDIs in 2009. It is a relatively rare failure, but when it happens it is very bad news. The shrapnel from the failed HPFP contaminates the entire fuel system. It can be fixed, but it is not cheap.
Get the fuel independently tested yourself as stated in the other thread. The answer doesn't change if you keep asking the same question. You left out quite a bit of relevant information this time as well.
