B5 Passat steelies on A5 Jetta TDI

Found a deal on some steelies w/ blizzaks from a B5 passat. Same bolt pattern and tire size as would fit on our MKV Jetta TDI.

The offset from the B5 is 35mm where as the A5 Jetta is 45mm.

Would these bolt up and run well without and rubbing?
Anyone tried this?

Tested the fit before buying and they fit nicely despite the 10mm difference in offset.
