I have a PD 05 Jetta, i already have a 2.5 inch straight pipe (cause why not) and a stage 2 malone tune. Im at about 140whp 252wtq. The numbers are okay, but i want more. If you could give links to anything you think i could do with my Jetta please do give suggestions.

Vnt-17 and some intake plumbing upgrades (larger intercooler, larger intake pipes)

That will take you to a Malone stage 4

Anything more than that really starts to get pricey for the little reward

VNT-17, 17/22, 17/56 are all good choices, it depends on where and how you source one.

I havent seen a jetta with an intercooler. Why is this? It adds something but i dont see any of them going that route. i was thinking i could do that as well.

You already have an intercooler.
Now a bigger one, maybe.

I have the same engine in my 05 Golf, have a look at the mods in my signature, I'm at about 160hp and about 300tq.
