I recently took my entire interior apart. It was showing its age.( the material on the door cards was falling off)
I have cleaned all the interior plastic pieces. Currently took the door cards off and removed the inserts and covered them in sued. Still need to figure out how to re attach.
Next step is to replace the leaking steering rack.
While that is out it is finally time to change out the koni reds for the gli springs/shocks i bought at least 3 years ago.
How hard is it to change the steering rack ? would you pull from a used car?
Doing all the cleaning / sorting out to possibly sell the car to purchase a newer TDi. how much do you think a 2000 2 door 5 sp golf with 340k miles is worth these days?
Speedo has not correctly worked since purchased. Any one know the part number for the speed sensor?
BTW did you guys see the new golf wagon. ( looks so nice)
