Thanks Tom,

Did the google and it lead me right here for the 00069 code.

I had uninstalled a bunch of parts unrelated to the engine for my upcoming buyback. Thought I goofed the CANBUS (removed my polar fis!) or something when we went into limp mode the first time driving the car. I got real scared that the HPFP was going out or the turbo! Not before my buyback!!! Literally Right after poaching my aftermarket parts to bring it back to stock.

Was able to limp it home and and scare myself into a frenzy all the way back (we were on our way to Disneyland).

Dropped it off, took the Touareg to Disneyland instead. Got back this evening scanned it and searched Tdiclub. Found this thread.

Looked through my box of wires, found a replacement, unplugged the broken wire and tapped in the replacement. Code cleared, problem fixed! Buyback here we come!

(The wife wants a 7 seater, x5 xdrive35d hopefully.)

Thanks again
