I don’t think they sold a 01 wagon in the US. It’s probably an 02 with a 01 build date.

Looks like a decent car, but they want way too much for it. Engine and transmission and they want $1500? More like $500 IMO.

I would pay $1500 for that because its likely never seen road salt. Those of us in the rust belt that want to drive MK4 cars for many more years need to source clean bodys from elsewhere. $1500 is way cheaper than trying to make a rusty one inspectable again.

I wish you were closer! I would come over this weekend and get it. Some d bag totaled my hella cool silver 2003 by running out in front of me on a busy three lane. Sooooooo pissed!!!!!!!!!! But glad no one got seriously hurt.
