Our Upgraded Complete Injector w/ Bosio DLS 520 Nozzles are a complete set of 4 injectors with upgraded nozzles that have been professionally rebuilt and calibrated with new nozzles by Bosch service centers on Bosch equipement. Fully tested and ready for immediate installation.

Fits all 1997-2003 TDI models. 2003 models require a different electrical connector, so be sure to specify if your TDI is a 2003 model when shopping on our website.

About DLC 520 Nozzles


DLC 520 nozzles have a nominal .205 hole size, however, have improved spray pattern and a inside needle that is specially coated with a "diamond like" surface. This surface gives these nozzles two important advantages: First, Durability. ULSD has less lubricity than older diesel, and this coating is more durable and will last longer using the latest diesel fuel. Second, power! The DLC coating dramatically reduces friction inside the nozzle, meaning faster response time for the injection event, better timing, better combustion.

We are nearly sold out of our first batch of inventory. We have more currently in production. We were going to set these up with DLC520 nozzles as well, but, we can use any nozzle we have in stock, so PM me if you are looking for a different configuration.
