Question about factory tires on 2015 Highline TDI Passat

Just a quick question folks regarding the tires on my car. Do the Highline models normally come with Hankook Kinergy GT radials ? I was under the impression they came with the Continental Pure Contacts. I find these Hankooks to be quite noisy. Overall, I'm very pleased with the car, filled up this morning; diesel at 0.99 cents a liter could'nt refuse. I still had well over a quarter tank left and my trip odometer was showing 800 kms. I'm doing mostly city, and urban country sideroads. Averaging 6.5 l/100 kms. No highway driving as my commute has changed. Thanks for the help....

They either have Hankook or Bridgestone

The continental comes only on the 19" sport PKG.

Thanks for your reply. Just recently I've noticed at VW dealer twice while walking around ... Two Highline Passats both TDI models-2015, they had the Bristol 18" wheels but Continental tires. Maybe dealer swapped them ?

Some come with the Continental Pro Contact. The Hankook were noisy. I hope the Continental are better. Im buying this car in a few days with them. Driving it tonight.

The 19" continentals I have suck in the rain big time though.
Otherwise smoother and quieter > Hankooks.
