Chug-chug-chug, sort of

I have a question: you can see in my sig I have quite a few mods, but here is what is baffling me: if you were to start on level ground in fourth gear and let out the clutch, your TDI might chug a bit but the electronics would take over and smooth out the running of the engine. I am having that issue on level ground in second gear; my IQ has been 3.4 and it is at 5.4 and the engine still wants to lug down. I am not thinking it is an IQ issue but it may well be, any ideas on this one?

When my vanes are stuck, i have to give more throttle, otherwise the car almost acts like it will stall when letting the clutch out. Especially when vanes are stuck with a/c on.

^^^Thank you for the reply. I am currently running a MAF based tune and that may be the cause of it. I may try a MAP based version to see if the problem goes away.
