So, I picked up a "new" 2015 Golf Sportwagen S TDi in Albuquerque on Monday and drove it back to the bay area.
Since I'm doing the buyback for my 2010 Sportwagen, I'm going to swap out my 17"s on the 2010 for the 16" rims and tires the new Sportwagen came with.
The new rims in the photo link above come with Bridgestone Ecopia tires and about 2,000 highway miles on them as of today.
I need two new tires for my 17s and don't want to put more money out, I thought it would be a good opportunity for someone to pick up some pristine rims and tires for very little money AND your old 5x112 tires and rims. Can be steelies for that matter since it's a buyback, just as long as I can get my 2010 to the local dealer safely for the buyback.
Sound reasonable?
Oh, for the record, 1833 miles at an average of 45.6 mpg with a DSG at 55-85 mph. Loving it!
