Hello guys.
I have a strange issue with my 2012 VW Passat 2.0 TDI Common Rail DSG.
The engine is vibrating while at idle and in gear.
I can feel the vibration in the steering wheel.
I have changed engine mounts, gearbox mounts and dogbone, flywheel, all 4 injectors (with used low mileage ones) but still I feel vibration ... but only sometimes..
Now I measured the new injectors and the first 3 will always have a negative value of -0.2-3 while the number 4 will be somewhere between 0.4-0.5
Measured at idle, engine hot, no lights, heat etc.
What I observed is that when engine is COLD and I drive the Injection quantity deviation on piston 4 can go up to 2.8-2.9 ?
Is this normal or it is nothing that you can actually measure properly while driving ?
Thanks in advance.
