I have a set of four PD150 injectors with Bosio DLC Race 783 nozzles for sale.
These were installed in my 2005 Passat TDI wagon before I realized they were the wrong injectors. They worked, but rough at idle. I had asked the vendor for the nozzles to be paired with PD140 injectors, but the vendor mistakenly put them on PD150s. I sent them back to the vendor to be re-tested and re-calibrated (before we realized what was wrong), and they checked-out fine. For all intents and purposes these are nearly new with fewer than 200 miles on them. Did I say the BHW ran rough at idle? They will work fine in the PD engines in the non-CR A5 chassis vehicles, but don't take my word for it -- please do your homework.
If you are in the market for these, you know how much they cost. And, unless you do your own work, you also know there is labor cost to R&R. These were R&R'd by a reliable mechanic. They are out of the car, received back from a fresh calibration a few days ago, and they are ready to ship. Please make me an offer north of $1,300. Low-ball offers will be ignored. If you have them installed (and removed) by a professional mechanic and you can show me a receipt for the installation cost, I will take them back if they don't work. You are responsible for installation and removal costs and return shipping, but rest assured, this won't be necessary.
Originally I sent the vendor some used PD140 injectors to be mated with the nozzles, but the vendor rejected the old injectors as unsuitable due to wear. Frankly I think this was just an excuse to sell me the wrong nozzles, but that is conjecture and me being pissed off that I got the wrong injector bodies. Anyway, this mean that I also have a set of stock PD140 injectors and stock nozzles with about 100,000 miles on them, and the unused nozzles from the stock PD150 injectors for sale. I will entertain reasonable offers for these items also.
