Instaliing GTI leather seats in 07 TDI

Hey guys,

Long time lurker, first time poster. I've surfing the forums and learning so muchc about the TDI.

I've recently picked up GTI leather seats and planning on installing them in the TDI next weekend. I was wondering if there's any DIY guide specific to Aussie models as the TDI down here comes with manual seat adjustment dials whereas the GTI with electric dial and also have heated front seat option.

I dotn care about the heated seat option if its too much of a hassle but obvously need the electronic seat to work.

Any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not an expert in this topic, but my main concern would be an airbag in the seat.
VW is notorious in changing wiring & connectors from one model year to another. I hope this one will be direct plug-in.
