Power Service Shelf Life

I have some power service left over from last winter, and I was wondering if there is a shelf-life to the additive.

Can I use it again after a summer after the bottle has been opened 1 time, or do I need to dispose of it?

If so, how are others disposing of it?

It was kept in an unheated garage throughout the summer.

I emailed the good folks at diesel kleen, but haven't heard anything back yet either.
