Anyone running one of these this past winter and can offer some feedback in regards to the winter performance? I am curious as I ordered the filter head only to convert my CAT setup and the Nicktane does not use the thermostatic tee.

I just got one haven't ran it in the cold yeah, it's still sitting waiting to go in, but i don't see any issues

if it's cold enough to freeze the filter the thermostatic T isn't going to help if you can't get the car going

I am pretty religious about adding my PS white in the winter too so that should help things keep flowing.

yeah, besides denser fuel has better lube properties for the pump, VW has since removed the thermostatic T on the newer fuel filters so i've been told, and there must be a reason for that
