So I've been trying to research some info on doing a 12mm pump for my alh build and I've gathered so far the DE143 cam plate is good for higher revs which I need because I plan on turning engine above 5000 so 2500 pump speed, I haven't been able to find much info as to what 12mm pump head everyone is running, I've got a 12mm 4bt pump head on my 10mm pump that has a de143 camplate in it right now and have been running pretty primitive testing at my work, on the old mechanical pump test stand and it's just not putting out the fuel it should, so here I am now asking the community for ideas or just input as to maybe I've forgotten or missed something, or maybe I just don't have proper test equipment

The 4bt 12mm pump head and de143 camplate should be exactly what you want. As long as it's a Bosch head and not a knock off you should be fine.

I didn't think there was a difference in the pump heads with different applications like the differences in camplates with different applications but hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in.

take the case panel off your computer (like a desktop computer), see the wires with 4 pin connectors, flat with colors: yellow, black, black, red, take and extend the red and a black out to power your quantity adjuster with the 5v it'll give you

this will give you max fuel requestable by the ECU
Think of it as max rack travel

Yes you need to get 4.8 v on qa so max fuel you must be around 250cc of fuel

Im ride a oem 12mm head with de143 k 3.6mm kf 8.8mm for 4 years long with .360 nozzles its run to 5700 rpm about 2850 pump rpm

At me 320сс on 1000 turns of the pump.270 сс on 1500.
Looking for a more high-stand booth - because there is not enough fuel for a 4-5K engine

Losing fuel at higher pump RPM? More case pressure.
