Clutch Questions

I posted a similar question in another thread, but it was sort of off topic. Firstly, I'd like to know how difficult changing the clutch/flywheel is. I'm an avid DIY, but I haven't gone much engine work. I would really like to though. No way to learn unless I do it, eh? That said, which flywheel/clutch combo would be most effective and cost friendly for a slightly modified '00 NB?

I plan on chipping and putting bigger nozzles on it. I don't think I'll go much beyond that though. I was told the stock clutch assembly was hard pressed to stand up to that kind of torque. Would a VR6 clutch be alright, or should I go with the SPEC stage 1? And is the G60 flywheel acceptable, or should I go with one of the lightweight options?

I don't plan on racing this, I just want to know if the VR6/G60 combo will hold up, or if I should avoid replacing it early and pay a little more up front?
