Help Plz!! 04 TDI Throwing Codes No Power

Hello everyone..if anyone can help on this one please and thanks. My daughters 04 Golf TDI is throwing 2 codes and the car has zero power from the motor. It has 348,000kms on it.

1. 1st codes says: P2564 Turbocharger boost control position sensor circuit low

2. 2nd Code says: P0652 sensor reference voltage b too low

are these terminal issues?

Sounds like the turbo actuator. Specifically the wires. Look up at the Ross Tech wiki.
