TB change/ cam pulley bolt question

I am going to attempt the job today myself. Have all the tools and a TB kit. I have printed and read the info. I have 1 question. When tightening the cam bolt to hold on what appears to be a pulley with a tapered fit. What torque does this bolt get as there was no torque spec in the instructions and I don't have a manual. Also, the instructions make mention not to use the cam hold down bar to hold the pulley when loosening and tightening as it can deform it. What do you use/ do then?

33 foot pounds, use your cam sprocket turning tool (Metalnerd) as a counter holder.
