I know a lot of folks would prefer to have this issue as the BT Button can be annoying when you hit it accidentally...My BT button on the steering wheel doesn't work when the phone is connected anymore. Just started doing this a day or so ago...When the phone is not connected it works?
I also noticed that the phone keeps displaying a message that the phone book is being accessed. Just wondering if there is a reset?
Pain in the A** pulling over to dial....

Thanks!

to reset your bluetooth to factory defaults via the phone button you can:

turn your phone bluetooth off since the button on steering wheel doesnt work when it is connected. Hit the button and when she says "main menu" your response should be "Settings". She will say "settings" and then i cant exactly remember the command to reset but it is something like "reset to factory defaults". If that doesn't work say "help" and she will give you a list of commands that she will recognize and one of them will reset all of the bluetooth profile settings.

Might want to "forget this device" on your phone also and try to start from scratch
