Need some help xenon projector with halos

So I have a vw passat 2013 tdi and I have leds from deautoled I want the look of projectors with purple halos and I’m gonna put leds strips in my headlight I will open my headlight and paint the reflectors black I dont use my high beams because my fog lights and low beams are so bright I don’t need high beams and it’s 150 for led high beams all I can seem to find is bi xenon projectors (2.5”) is what I’m looking at but anyway will bixenon work with just low beams because bixenon is made for one bulb to be hi and low beam is this a dumb idea? And should I get ccfl or led halo?
