Hey Everyone,
This weekend I was replacing my alternator pulley and in the process have caused a leak at my windshield wiper pump. I was trying to remove the connector on the windshield wiper pump to get access to the alternator but the connector was sticky and I pulled out the entire pump Immediately all of my wiper fluid leaked out, and attempting to push the pump back into place did not make a good enough seal. Once the tank had drained itself I tried again to push the pump back into place but it still won't make a good seal.
Is there a gasket that I may have broken when I pulled the pump off? Can I replace the gasket or do I need a new pump entirely? I've searched the P/N shown on my current pump and can't seem to find a good place to buy a replacement pump or some kind of gasket.
Any recommendations?
