Fault codes Help

Just got these codes from my 2003 Jetta TDI automatic. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just bought this car used a month ago and it is running great but last week the MIL light came on and this is what I got.

Test glow plug cylinder 4 R&R also check,clean glow plug harness

Transmission for this year not very good, try replacing filter and fluid, probably need torque convertor
