There are just too many to list....
Welcome. I would put a throttle body (intake manifold regulating flap) on it first, and see how it does.

05 Passat sedan and 05 wagen
get a new battery, then clear your codes, see what comes back. Too me looks like your battery's output was too low at some point.

Hm, not sure why that would be its a brand new battery, bought it less than a month ago..

In that case, all of the voltage faults are probably left over from before you replaced the battery. Just clear them, if they don't come back, don't worry about them. However, oilhammer's throttle body advice still stands.
