Free diesel!!!!

AdBlue® (diesel exhaust fluid) usage may increase, and, as a result,
require more frequent refilling of your AdBlue® tank. As a courtesy to
you, your vehicle will be returned to you with a full tank of AdBlue® and
fuel
during the Approved Emission Modification (AEM). AdBlue® refillings
will also be offered free of charge between service intervals for:

Make sure your Low Fuel light is on before you go in for you modification!

Haha. Thanks for the reminder! I've had my Q7 parked with a full tank. Guess I'll drive it around before the ECR

OK now I'm pissed
2013 TDI Touareg
Spend hours filling our paperwork, uploads, confirmations, appointment for tomorrow 11/2/2017 "proof of ownership" and 1st payment processing of $3,300 and bosch sends an email saying $1,500 in process....and then 24 hrs ago --"The fix is in", no payments are authorized.

Then an email today canceling my appt for tomorrow from VW

So I go to the portal and it askes to make an appointment for the "Fix"--while I don't want the fix right now (Drags down performance)--I want payment # 1 and I will get payment # 2 when I have the fix done when I sell or trade....

Gypped and pissed at VW....!!

What a fiasco--not happy at all.

Spend hours filling our paperwork,
Hours? Seriously? If it took you more than about 10 minutes, you were doing something very wrong.

I want payment # 1 and I will get payment # 2 when I have the fix done when I sell or trade....
Not going to happen--the participation payment was only available until a fix was approved. That was part of the agreement.

Gypped and pissed at VW....!!
Yes, how dare they have the fix approved before you were ready!

Wow, sorry your claim took so long and I can understand your frustration. The good news is that we don't know if the fix will "drag down performance". The reason you can't get the 1/2 restitution is because the fix is approved so VW can focus on getting the fix installed.

Any idea why your paperwork took so long, I've had claims approved within a couple days.
