New clutch/gearbox rattle/clutch biting point.

Fitted a new clutch a few days ago. This was a bit of a drama, after refitting the gearbox, whatever the drive flange bolts to fell inside the box.

So I bought a new gearbox, fitted, oil looked dark brown, changed it, ran it 20 miles, changed it again warm.

Since its been fitted there is a nasty bearing/rattling noise, this goes away when the clutch pedal is pressed. A new release bearing was fitted. Clutch bites just off the floor also.

Could it be the gearbox?

What clutch kit was installed ?

Sachs Vr6 item, it's a Caddy van with ALH engine and 02j box with cable shifters, came with a single mass flywheel as stock, vr6 clutch went on with no issues.

Also seems to be a slight judder sometimes at low rpm.

sounds like an issue with the release bearing
