does anybody know what the Rosten rods torque is on the crankshaft

it varies with what they were honed at
dunno their particular spec, but the way you do it is you stick one in your vise and tighten them in 5ft/lb increments until they measure round, start around 30ft/lb on a 3/8" ARP rod bolt. iirc they were like 45 on mine?

I used arp bolts with my rods and went by what arp said to do in their little how to sheet. I want to say it was close to what [486] stated above.

60nm iirc using the ARP lube , but better send an email and ask as i might remember wrong.

Depends on the rods you have....and the bolts they use. They could be one of 2 general sizes...and one of 3 usual materials. If you knew which bolts you had, you could get the specs from ARP.

Rosten rods with ARP 2000 5/16 bolts shall be tightened with 43Nm or 32ft-lbs WITH ARP lube.
If you dont have an very accurate (and checked!!!) torque wrench, rather use a stretch gauge to tighten them bolts correctly.
Stretch values are 0.14-0.15mm or 0.0055-0.0060 inches.
