Vw caddy clutch slipping

Hi so..

I have a ASZ converted 5speed 08 caddy, last year about 10k miles ago I had the clutch changed. The clutch has since started to slip in 4th and 5th at about 3k rpm.
I have had the clutch out and it is still very good, I have also changed the master cylinder and slave cylinder.
The clutch pedal seems odd as you have to push in an inch or so before it catches, it also is making a shuttering noise when engaged.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Just an update..

It seems that the pressure plate has been slightly rubbing the clutch plate.
Also the spring on the end of the clutch fork (release bearing was not connected to the gear box
