Gents. Just purchased a 2013 sportwagen. It’s cpo so I’d prefer to leave the dpf physically intact and would like a “bit” more noise. Are there exhaust kits that can help me with my desire or not so much.

You can run no exhaust with the DPF on and it will still be just as quiet.

You can try a straight cat back exhaust, but I doubt it will give you much more sound.

Someone else here who's tried it can tell you the difference, but from what I've heard, the DPF cancels almost all the sound.

There are just too many to list....
Between the turbo, the DPF, the catalyst(s), and the exhaust throttle valve, there is not much more noise to be had.

Heck, even the cars with a full delete, straight pipe from the turbo all the way out, are not very loud.

Not looking for faked sounds. Real sounds.

That was my fear. With all the “stuff” there is in the system in front of the catback that there wouldn’t be much improvement with solely a catback
