So I get some trouble with quantity adjuster for VP37 pump.
In this year I fitted bigger turbo, so I needed to add more fuel, so I changed N146 map, but there I get problem, that mechanicaly QA don't reach requested voltage.
In group 19 lower limit is 0,760V and upper limit is 4,220V, but with hand I can turn QA till 5,020V, also when ignation is turned on, when QA makes output test, it won't go till the end of limit.
Pump head is cleaned, tried to set it in different ways etc, and it still won't help.
In N146 MAP I have requested even 4,800 Volts, but in car run, if I log 1 group, pump reaches only 4,400 volts.
I now use 0,280mm nozzles, 12mm pump and DE110 camplate.
I have changed also to other pump head, cleaned all connections, but that didn't helped.
Where I should search the problem ?
QA in output test, when ignation is turned on should go till max position ? Like 5,020V ?
