G65 sensor, A/C issues

So I’ve been having a hell of time trying to get my ac working. Started by scanning and came up with 00819 g65 open or short to ground, so I ordered a sensor and no luck there. So I’ve been peeling tape and checking wires now and although I haven’t been through all of them everything so far looks in good condition. At the plug I got 12-13v on the one pin which I assume is power and the other two I got nothing (I assume one is switched and one is negative?)
Looking for any suggestions on what else to do short from tearing half the car apart checking wires? If so anyone have a good wire diagram?

Should note also the RCV is brand new, Freon and pressure is is good

What were your symptoms before it stopped working altogether?

To be honest I’m not sure if it’s worked since I’ve owned the car, I bought it in the middle of January (30 degree day) and I did run it but I’m starting to wonder if it was just blowing cool air and I took it as it worked.
I’ve basically went through all the wires now and I’m stumped, and very frustrated! Looking for a good VW mechanic to take it to at this point I guess
