H&R Springs

Anyone have any experience with H&R OE Sport Springs?
Looking for a slight improvement from OEM. I'm doing the brakes in a few weeks and am considering these springs at the same time.

No experience with them but I have been looking at installing a set at some point. I'd love to see some before and after pictures. Are you going to replace the shocks as well?
