Best oem radio for mk5 jetta

Need some advice on what oem radio, Navi unit to get,

I need the following features,

Navigation
Bluetooth
Back up camera

I bought the car with a crappy head unit and would like a better oem one

Please offer your opinion

VW Navi's are pretty lame. The map data base is an update you have to pay for and that's if VW ever decides to release them. Plus the VW Navi's don't navigate in real time. If you want to navigate in real time use Google Maps or Waze on a smart phone or a tablet.

So do you have a recommendation on a good aftermarket head unit that’s similar to the oem ones, I really don’t need Navi just really want the oem look but there’s a lot out there so I’m looking for a solid recommendation

Read up on the RCD330. It a good choice for what you're seeking and is inexpensive. May have to change out the CAN-Bus Gateway Module to avoid battery issues.
