Awx Starting Trouble

2003 Passat B5.5
Awx PD130

Recently I have had trouble starting the engine in the morning or when left idle for a few hours,
Seems like its struggling to get going as if was firing on 2 or 3 cylinders, but after a few seconds it comes good and idles fine, also the accelerator in unresponsive for about 5 or 6 seconds on start-up

New Temp Sensor
Glow Plugs tested and are working
Fuel, air and pollen filter changed about 4 months ago
Diesel additive used every month or so and never let go low on diesel.
Oil and filter changed regular with 5w40 fully synthetic and bosh filter

Also there doesn't seem to be as much power in second and third gear as there should be

Could anyone advise on this

Any check engine lights? Have you verified what psi boost your turbo is hitting? Have you done a compression test? When my vac hose broke off of my n75 it was like i had a 5 hp lawn mower engine under my hood but it did throw a cel. Have access to a vcds?

thanks for the reply, no cel and i have vcds everything seems to be OK, i will do a compression test
