Hello folks, hope you could help me with some questions..

I've got a Seat Cordoba 1.9Tdi 90hp -98 mod. with some mild upgrades like chipp and airfilter (125hp/280NM). Next thing I want to doo is changing too larger nozzles, and I wonder what nozzles i may need for my engine, maybe pp520s or sprint 520s? How many HP should I get with the pp520s, 140hp? When changing to larger nozzles do I have to upgrade my clutch as well?

Nozzles

hi, i would go for one set of PP520 Nozzles they are great... i drived with Sprint 520 before but when i got the PP520 nozzles was Angry of that i didnt buy they the first time.. they are awesome when it comes to Low end Torque... and no smoke at all.
Im not sure if u have 125 hp from before, but lets say u got around... 115-120hp now... then u would get about 10 hp more with the PP520 and then get around 125-130Hp. and Much more Power/NM from the 1500-2500 rpm.

if u dont have planes for doing more with your egine, and want a low Mpg
(it would maybe use a little more diesel with PP520) then the PP357 are a great choise too. they are a lot better than Sprint 520.

And i think the clutch u have would handle the power.. if its not very Used from before.

Best Regards Trond- Norway

Ok, thank you for all answears...
With ES tuning chip I was told to get about 125hp and 280NM, and I was hoping to get enough power with bigger nozzles too beat the **** out my buddies 110hp with chip tuning lol ;)
I think I'll go for the pp520s, after a lot of reading I believe they will give most fun and power than other nozzles, I could have choosen even bigger nozzles than the pp520s but I dont afford to upgrade my turbo, pump etc.. :p

And hey, trond (Seat-Toledo-96 ) How much did you pay in NOK for your pp520s, total price incl. shipping? was there any problems with shipping them to Norway? How long time did you have to wait before you got them? :D
