04 Jetta door locks don't lock, interior lights and blower do work

My 04 Jettta GL was working fine. Then the power windows stopped working, door locks won't lock and the blower motor and interior lights don't work either. The dash lights, turn signals work. The gas flap works but not the trunk switch. The trunk lid does not open manually with the key. Is this a relay problem. Vag com said no communications central control module J393 for central convenience, 01330. Where should I start and what should I look for? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Steve
