I just finished putting my 04 pd jetta back together and drove it Round the block. I found it seemed to lack the expected power(or I was expecting to much.. Not sure). But the one thing I'm questioning most is the vacuum lines. This thing has a vgt that appears to be vacuum actuated, and I seem to get a big surge in the upper rpms. I found a diagram but am not sure which of the 3, what I'm assuming are valves, mounted on the firewall are which. Can someone give me some insight on this?
