Power upgrade A4 b5 AJM Tdi 115

Hi everybody,

I own an Audi A4 B5 from 2000 AJM 115hp, 205k km on the clock. Still going strong.

I want to get power from it what can I do ? (200hp goal)

pd 130 injectors, ...

I'm not interested for a remap only @150hp if I can't go to 200 I will leave it like this.

Obviously I will upgrade brakes & suspensions and tires.

PD 130/150 injectors and gt1749vb from pd150 will give you what you want, 195-200hp.
If you need room for 10-20 more hp, I suggest you this setup :
- pd130/150 injectors
- gt1752v (17/20 hybrid)
- pd150 head bolts
- good fmic
- decat
- 3bar map sensor
- remap

With this you're good for say ≈220hp

AJM head gasket failure still relevant or can be solved?

You need BV43 from BRD engine (100% plug and play) and ARL injectors and FMic or second smic and 3 or 4bar sensor. Of course a stronger clutch.
Will make around 190 HP.
