VNT is already set on this one and it should stand 2.4-2.5bar of boost no problem (but it's only guaranteed up to 300bhp) £800 delivered within the UK
So she's running strong! Great to hear.Finally got the tune in for my VC hybrid. It pulls great. I think I'll get it fine tuned to lower boost; it is closer to 1.8 BAR than 1.7 now.

you adjust it all on the car and observe the results with vagcom:What are the tricks to setting the stop screw and testing the actuator prior to installing and tuning? I'm gonna have my mobile mechanic install my hybrid and tune my car in an afternoon and need this to go as smooth as possible? Thanks
I will do some logging, confirm the rod adjustment ( it was fine out of the box but I have not run a log yet ) and go back for a re-tune with some 3rd gear pulls to show the tuner.I would definitely keep it closer to 1.7bar it's much safer this way, feel free to post a dyno if you have it one day

not sure what stage4 stands for but 216 injectors won't get you far mate 180bhp if you are lucky if that's stage4 then I don't know how many more stages are there I think standard GT1749V turbo with PD130 shaft and 49mm billet compressor wheel would be more than enough for that kind of power, £510 delivered assuming we are talking about 90bhp ALH engineDidn't get price looking for nice set up on 2000 golf with 216 inj and Malone stage 4 tune
