Worley and Obetz in Manheim, Pennsylvania sells B5 at their pumps and B100 at an off site location. For B100 you have to go to their main office (Mon-Fri during office hours) and someone will escort you to their pump and then you have to return back to the office to pay. I think it was $2.37 per gallon (Tax included) for B5 and $2.97 per gallon, +0.60 per gallon tax, for B100.
