Boost Leak?

So I just got my 2015 Golf TDI and out of nowhere started to hear a high pitched whitle around 2500-3500k rpms. Any Ideas?

I can't hear any unusual sound in that video. Sounds almost like normal turbo whistle maybe? If you had a boost leak, it would be very easy to spot with a little oil coming out and leaking where the leak was. The charge air piping is very short on these cars so you could feel for leaks around the TWO hose clamps under the air snorkel that go to the outlet dampener attached to the turbo and then the charge pipe that goes to the throttle valve (not an actual throttle mind you).
