Is My DFM any good

I'm in the process of replacing the DSG in my Passat. Once I got the old tranny off, the flywheel has 5-6 teeth of play.
My replacement tranny came with a flywheel that has 2 teeth of play. Only other difference is it seems looser like there isn't grease inside it (if there's even suppose to be any).

Question is:
Should I use the flywheel that came with my replacement tranny or buy a new one?

I'd have to wager you got a used DSG thus a used DMF?

If it were me I'd source a replacement DMF and keep the used one as a spare (heck you know how to drop the DSG so you're capable of DIY if the DSG goes south again, but a failed DMF may take out a lot more stuff it goes)
