Sounds like Matt may have just got this Audi in and he suggested to me that he is still assessing its condition, including a sagging headliner, ABS and airbag lights(?), etc.

correct. its mechanically sound, in fair shape overall. Needs a rear drivers side window motor, needs mirror glass which I'm currently working on. no cel lights etc. Mechanically no issues. Headliner sags a lil in some spots. In fair condition overall, tow hitch. Price reflects condition, you want a mint one it will be at least $1500 more
