We were driving home last afternoon, and all of a sudden I get the coolant icon come on.
Thought I must have run low on coolant or something.
Pull to a light and saw steam coming from the hood to fender seam, like over the coolant bottle area.
I look at my temp guage. All looks fine.
So, I drive home (close). Open the hood and see a geiser gushing fluid out the rez bottle (fully capped/tight). And it empties the bottle.
Was like wth was that. Filled and started her up, seemed fine and the pressure built up again.
Recently did a full TB kit, flushing with DI water for over a week now, but will flush it all out soon, with DI again for s few minutes, then use 50:50 oe fluid to di water mix, for a purty mix.
But, one would thing to hold off and solve this delima first before completing the flush process, right.
What is causing my fluid to burst out? Cool or warm is fine but once approaching temp it's doomsday kid, it's doomsday. LB lol
